We recognize that occasionally a parent may inadvertently overdraw a checking account and a check may be returned by your bank. In order to recover these funds in a private and professional manner, Prince William County Public Schools has contracted with CHECKredi for collection of returned checks. If your check is returned for insufficient funds, it may be electronically presented to your bank for the face value, plus a $40 processing fee, and any bad check return fees charged by your financial institution. This action will be taken without further notice. By paying for your purchase with a check, you are accepting this check acceptance policy.
PWCS is pleased to announce a new online payment system that allows for the payment of student's school fees through a secure online website. The secure online site can be accessed at StudentQuickPay.com. For instructions on how to set up your account, please review PWCS Online Payments Instructions. This program will allow families to pay for student activity fees for multiple students in one place. We hope you find this service useful.
Paying For Meals
- Students can bring a check to school to load to their meals account. Checks should be given to the cafeteria manager and be made out to the "Prince William County Public School's Food and Nutrition Department."
- Parents/guardians can use MySchoolBucks.com to fund their student's meals account.
- Students can pay cash each day.
