  • Friday, August 21 – Back to School Orientation (Optional) - Students and families are invited to walk their schedules, meet teachers, join our PTO, meet the school nurse, access lockers, and purchase gym uniforms. Parents who need assistance may also sign up for ParentVUE during orientation.
    • Grade 6 Orientation
      • 8:00–9:00 a.m. – Last names A–M
      • 9:45–10:45 a.m. – Last names N–Z
    • Grades 7 & 8 Orientation
      • 11:30 a.m.–12:30 p.m.
  • Saturday, August 22 – Back-to-School Resource Fair - 8:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. at Saunders Middle School
    • This free community event is open to Benton, Beville, and Saunders Middle School families. Stop by to connect with school and community organizations, learn about available resources, and prepare for a successful school year.
  • Monday, August 24 – First Day of School - School hours are 8:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.
  • Back-to-School Nights
    • Grade 6 - Thursday, September 17, 6:00–7:30 p.m.
    • Grades 7 & 8 - Thursday, September 24,  6:00–7:30 p.m.
