A School Parent Liaison serves as a communication link between home and school. They welcome and orient families to the school and familarize the families with the school's culture, procedures, and practices. The primary role of the Parent Liaison is to empower the parents in their children's education and ensure their child's academic and social success in school.
How Can I Assist You?
- Encourage open communication between you and school personnel.
- Explain the purpose and process of conferences and school meetings.
- Assist with ParentVUE and Canvas.
- Explain school policies, practices and programs.
- Provide information about school goals, resources, and activities.
- Provide Spanish translation and interpretation services.
